金瓜小松糕 Pumpkin Puteri Ayu Cake (Kuih Seri Ayu) Easy Recipe

材料 :
2粒 雞蛋 50克 糖 100克 金瓜(切片,蒸熟,壓成泥) 30毫升 食油 80克 中筋麵粉 1/2茶匙 泡打粉 1/4茶匙 蘇打粉
做法: 1. 預熱蒸鍋,,把蒸鍋里的水煮沸。 2. 蛋加入砂糖,打發 3. 加入南瓜泥和油拌均。 4. 最後加入過篩的自發粉,泡打粉,蘇打粉攪拌均勻 5. 即可倒入模型,然後大火蒸15分鐘 6. 取出小松糕,待冷後便可脫模食用
